There will always be someone who wants to quiet your voice, speak louder.

There will always be someone who wants to make you small, stand taller,

There will always be someone who wants to dim your light, shine brighter.

Standing in someone else’s light never represents who you are. Your essence comes through when you ignite your own authentic spark.

Experiences can create a thread, a story you carry. Pay attention to the words you tell yourself. First, do you want to maintain this narrative? Second, what are the words you want to say to yourself? Third, Do you use the Four Pillars? Practice clearing your mindset by running your thoughts and stories through the four pillars (stated below). The stories we repeat lead to limiting beliefs that make up our programming- change the channel if you are not feeling worthy due to the soundtrack you have in your head.

The Four Pillars To Test The Thoughts & Words You Say to Yourself:

Are the words true?

Are they necessary?

Are they beneficial?

Are they kind?

Pick the last three thoughts you had running through your head (about yourself) and run them through the test. If they don’t meet the criteria, re-write the sentence, while imagining how you want to feel. What else could be true? What do you want the end result to look like? The beauty of this life is that we get to co-create with the universe…so make these new words count. You create your future and the essence of who you are.
