Hellen started her career in home organizing and was host of the hit TV show Neat, on HGTV.

She was always enthusiastic about clearing clutter because she noticed a direct effect on how it would give clarity to the mind and make people feel good.

Her intense desire to help others led her to a coaching career where, for the past 20 years, she has successfully coached hundreds of people to take back control and create the life they always dreamed of.

After learning about the power of the subconscious mind, she became a certified hypnotist and now helps people make profound changes in their lives rapidly and almost effortlessly.

Hellen offers Soul Coaching® Oracle Card readings and guided healing meditations as additional tools to help her clients tap into the inner wisdom that dwells deep in their souls.
