What do I wear?
Comfortable clothes. You will be sitting, lying, and standing. Bring clothes for the day that you will be the most yourself and comfortable in. Layers are always a good idea as it is fall and the weather is unpredictable.
What do I bring?
Yoga mat
Bolster or meditation pillow (optional)
Blanket or shawl (as our body temperature drops when we get into a deeper state of relaxation.)
Refillable water bottle
Shoes for hiking (optional)

Does hypnosis make me do things out of my control?
Absolutely not, hypnosis is simply a pure state of focus and deep relaxation where we can tap into the subconscious mind. We do this to create positive shifts. You are in complete control the whole time. It is used for healing purposes only and not for entertainment during this retreat.
Are the events mandatory?
No, everything on this retreat is optional. You can opt in and out to as much as you want. However, to receive the full benefit the retreat it has been designed in a way to create a build up for maximum transformation. Each activity has been carefully curated to give you the most profound experience and create energetic and emotional healing shifts that build upon each other. One of our facilitators will always be available to answer any questions that come up during your retreat.
